Time Meddlers is a science fiction series. The first novel begins with two children, Sarah Sachs and Matt Barnes, who, while searching for Matt's missing father, find the scientist's time machine. They become trapped in the machine by a diabolical villain and must fend for their lives in the forest-matted land of North America during the 1600s. Their adventure takes them face to face with warring Indians - the Algonquin tribe and the Mohawk - and the explorer, Champlain.

While breaking into his old house, thirteen-year-old Matt Barnes finds a microfilm that connects his family to a spy in World War II. Then his time-traveling father is yanked to the same time period, in occupied Amsterdam. The only way Matt can rescue his father is to travel to this time, and the only person who can help him is his best friend, Sarah Sachs. When Matt and Sarah land in the war-torn country, they’re immediately caught up in a world of high intrigue and dangerous covert operations.

Thirteen-year-old Matt Barnes and Sarah Sachs, while attempting to rescue Matt's father from multiple universes, face an even more challenging obstacle: the erasure of their own timeline. What can they do before they, themselves, are erased?
Somewhere along the Nile the two teens must prevent the ultimate meddling during the time of Nubian pharaohs and princes, palaces and temples to rival the ancient Egyptians and fearsome desert raiders. They must puzzle out the moment and event where Matt's father or Nadine, his archnemesis, interfered with history. If they don't, it could mean the end of history as we know it, or a never-ending loop of time.
